At Get Your Pandit we believe in giving a completely bother free pooja experience to our client and in this manner we have a liberal cancellation and refund approach:-
In the event of cancellation of pooja essentials before 60 minutes of the request, entire sum will be discounted. No cancellation will be considered after 60 minutes of the request.
( For Poojas at home, Poojas at function hall, Poojas at nearby temple* )
1) If you choose to cancel your normal or regular pooja you can do it within 60 minutes after placing order. Post which you will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
2) No amount will be refunded if you cancel your pooja for Immediate services.
(For Temple Services)
1) No amount will be refunded if you wish to cancel pooja for temple services.
Discount will be made in the same mode as that in which installment was gotten, inside 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the request. On the off chance that the assigned pandit achieves the venue on time yet because of some reasons from the clients side the Pooja is not directed amid the given particular time (mahurat), there will be no discount given .
• You received a faulty/defective item.
• You received a physically damaged item.
• The item is different from description on the website.
• If our Pandit ji reaches after your specified Muhurat timings, and pooja was not performed according to the muhurat confirmed.
• If the cancellation request is placed before 60 minutes.
• Items that have been used/consumed/washed/soiled.
• Items which were sold under any special offer, combos/sets, hampers are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
• Seal open puja items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the item as they can’t be resold.
• In case of defective damaged goods return, repair and replacement policy will apply.
• If our Panditji reaches after your specified Muhurat timings, and pooja is performed.
• If the cancellation request is placed after 60 minutes of booking.
Terms & Conditions
• Items must be in their original condition and within 7 working days of receiving the damaged Item the complaint has to be reported to our customer care centre.
• Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled items with their original tags will be accepted.
• Brand packaging should be intact.
• Brand's policy shall apply for specific branded item. We source branded items and these items are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.
• Replacements will be made basis availability of that item on the website.
1) If not satisfied by our service you can ask for a refund at firstname.lastname@example.org from your official email id used for the service.
2) The refund can be applied within 24 hours of the service, after which no refund will be initiated.
3) Only 50% amount will be refunded according to the selected package, as gateway charges and many other taxes are applied after booking.
4) The refund will be credited in your account within 5 to 7 working days.
5) Once astrology package has been booked, it cannot be cancelled.
Note: 60 minute cancellation policy will not be applied for astrology services.
